Every observation beyond human size is theory-reliant

Anything we see on a screen or through a microscope, or telescope is of human dimensions, visible by our biological eyes. It reflects a much smaller thing, or much further thing that we don't see directly but deduce its existence on the basis of what we do see combined with a theory that asserts that our human size observation proves the existence of the small or far entity we don't see directly.
In other words we tend to place the borderline between theory and observations in the wrong location. We observe much less than we think, and we theorize much more than we admit.
The importance of this realization is that AI should be given much more room to challenge established theories. We at DGS get busy exploiting the new methodology of "Artificial Intelligence Assisted Innovation (AIAI)" to search for alternative theories. For more check out:
