Entropic Solutions for the Food Imitation Industry

Writer: Gideon SamidGideon Samid

Complete mixture of food ingredients results in a uniform color and texture of product -- not matching the appetite value of loose mixtures of fish, meat, salad, carbohydrates which is the signature of the food one tries to imitate. Entropic mixtures of imitation food will be a way to counter this edge of the imitated option. Such mixtures are a special case of a broad 'entropic language' technology, now being developed by D&G Sciences -- Innovation Productivity Corporation. Using the Innovation Solution Protocol, one patent has been granted, (US Patent 11,062,187), more in the pipeline.
